Responsible for an excellent small group experience for attenders from the time they sign up through participating in a group.
Help to ensure excellence of environments on Sunday mornings and during the week.

Embrace Church is adding another passionate graphic designer to our Creative Team! This is a full-time role, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
The role is a central position working 40 hours each week in support of our four physical locations and the overall brand of Embrace Church. The Graphics Coordinator is responsible for executing the design aesthetic of Embrace and helping lead, manage, and enhance the look and feel of Embrace through the direction of the Creative Director.
FULL-TIME, 40 HOURS/WEEK; Sunday - Thursday with occasional evenings as needed.
Responsibilities
Collaborates with the Creative Director on the development & execution of all graphic design work including series art, ministries art (groups, missions, students and kids), social media assets, website, special events, and any other design needs that arise.
Sets up the Creative, Production & Speaking Teams for successful and smooth Sunday mornings through the preparation of accurate & compelling slide decks, rotator graphics and other Sunday morning-specific deliverables.
Coordinates design requests from all ministry areas; actively communicates and collaborates with other teams to fulfill requests in a timely & excellent way.
Assists with the ordering, pick up and delivery of print assets; helps with the installation of signage or entryway pieces.
Collaborates with the Communications Coordinator on graphics & content for social media.
Collaborates with Creative & Pastoral teams in brainstorming sessions.
Seeks out and innovates ways for Embrace to be a more creative experience. This includes art/design related to the Sunday morning experience, including the parking lot, lobby, kids’ spaces, and sanctuary.
Shoots and edits photos.
Manages all creative and photo files both during post-production and the archiving stage, ensuring efficient retrieval of archived files.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously and ensures the timely completion of deliverables.
Meets and connects with volunteer photographers and trains them on a Sunday morning or special event. Coordinates bimonthly meetings with current, past, and new volunteer photographers to share experiences, exchange tips and tricks, showcase portfolios, and build a strong connection. Manage a central GroupMe chat to facilitate ongoing team communication, send meeting invites, and foster community. Maintain a regular, ongoing schedule for all volunteer photographers within Planning Center Online (PCO) to ensure structured coverage across campuses.

Recruit, train and schedule eKids Buddy Volunteer Team (eKids Buddies are volunteers assigned to assist eKids that need extra 1-on-1 help in eKids on Sunday mornings.
