Embrace Church is looking for a Worship Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead Sunday worship services and Wednesday evening youth worship.
Lead rehearsals and worship services for weekends in a way that is engaging and authentic.
Recruit, develop, equip, train, and motivate worship team members and leaders, while building a strong team culture through development strategies and fostering personal connections among the team.
Provide expertise on music, trends and culture to lead people into meaningful worship.
Contribute to the overall strategy of the worship department by leading and co-leading along with and alongside other staff.
Engage in weekly staff and team meetings, contributing to the creative planning of worship experiences both on the weekend and throughout other special events (i.e. Night of Worship).
Uphold and promote Embrace's Work Values and Team Culture, creating an environment of authentic, engaging worship.

Communicate and schedule with parents.
Modify and prepare environments and curriculum.
Communicate and collaborate weekly with the eKids and campus teams.
Assist in planning, modifying, and facilitating eKids events.
Other duties as assigned.

Facilities Coordinator

FULL-TIME, 40 HOURS/WEEK, Sunday-Thursday
Job Overview:
The Facilities Coordinator at Embrace Church will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe,
excellent and welcoming environment for our staff, attendees and guests. This position is
responsible for both the interior and exterior upkeep of the church property, ensuring that all
areas are well-maintained, clean and inviting.
Responsibilities
General Maintenance & Repair
General Repairs: Perform minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, sheetrock/drywall, texturing and painting.
Contractor Coordination: Capable of overseeing and performing full remodels of facility spaces, from planning to completion.
Inventory & Tools: Maintain tools, supplies and maintenance records.
Work Order Response: Address maintenance requests promptly, prioritizing based on urgency and operational impact.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and ensure work complies with building codes and regulations.
Exterior Groundskeeping:
Lawn Care: Regularly mow and trim the lawn, ensuring the exterior grounds are tidy and well-kept throughout the year.
Snow Removal: In the winter months, remove snow from walkways, parking lots, and entrances to ensure safe access to the church.
General Grounds Maintenance: Ensure the exterior grounds are free of debris, leaves, and litter. Maintain any flower beds, shrubbery, and other landscaping features as needed.
Miscellaneous Duties:
Special Events Support: Assist with preparing the building for special events (e.g., setting up or breaking down for events, additional cleaning before/after events).
Supply Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies to ensure there is always an adequate stock available.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in facilities maintenance, building cleaning, groundskeeping, or janitorial work preferred, but not required.
Skills
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and lawnmowers.
Basic knowledge of groundskeeping and snow removal practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed (e.g., trash bags, cleaning supplies).
Ability to bend, squat, and lift to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and snow.

Interior Cleaning:
● Building Cleaning: Clean and maintain excellent environments in all interior areas of the
church, including hallways, offices, meeting rooms and common spaces.
● Bathrooms: Regularly clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensuring they are stocked with
necessary supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.).
● Windows: Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces throughout the building to maintain
a bright and welcoming environment.
● Floors: Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors throughout the facility. Address any spills or
stains promptly.
● Trash Removal: Empty trash cans in all rooms and areas, ensuring they are replaced with
clean liners. Dispose of waste in a safe and responsible manner.

57th Street Production Coordinator

Work with the Production Team to implement given resources (lighting, graphics, videos, etc.) into Sunday Services.
Grow and train a dynamic volunteer tech team for all services.
Coordinate, schedule, and communicate with 57th Street Production Team regarding worship service production needs and plans.
Work with Production leads, Creative Director, & Executive Pastor of content to create clear message notes for Sunday services, along with Confidence Slides for Speaking Pastor.
Lead preparation and execution for Wednesday night e/y services. Work with campus Worship Leader and Youth Coordinator to ensure all teams are working together.
Work with the Production teams to ensure that in room elements translate well to broadcast.
Participate in regularly scheduled Worship & Production meetings.
Report to designated Production Lead.
