Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Provide leadership and vision for Middle School and High School Youth in Tea.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and vision for High school and Middle School Youth at Embrace in Tea.
Constantly think of new and exciting ways to relentlessly reach the next student for Jesus.
Work with the greater Embrace Youth team to create a structure that offers development for volunteers and students throughout the ministry
Set goals and lead the entire Tea youth team toward growing Embrace Youth.
Recruit and vet potential volunteers. Ensuring they have an active faith and a desire to continue to grow in their walk.
Empower volunteers to impact the lives of young people.
Be a learner of other youth ministries, constantly finding ways to take Embrace Youth to the next level.
Show the value of small groups in youth by empowering small group leaders to take ownership of their group.
Work with the greater Embrace Youth team to develop and set strategy.

The Campus Pastor provides visionary, pastoral, and operational leadership for the campus. This role is responsible for leading staff and volunteers, implementing the mission and strategy of Embrace Church, and creating a culture that relentlessly reaches the next person for Jesus. The Campus Pastor oversees campus ministry leaders and ensures alignment with the vision, values, and strategies of Embrace.
Responsibilities
Communicate the vision & values of Embrace
Work under supervision of the 57th Street Campus Director to implement and execute ministry strategy
Lead staff and volunteers in order to develop leaders and multiply volunteers
Lead the way in relentlessly reaching the next person for Jesus
Lead Small Group experience and excellence at the campus.
Lead the First Impressions ministry on Sunday mornings (parking, first time guests, sanctuary hosts, etc.)
Work with Groups & Leadership Director on creating community, and more groups at Embrace
Pastoral care responsibilities – administering communion, weddings, premarital counseling, funerals, baptisms, etc

Kids Ministry Coordinator
Youth Ministry CoordinatorBuild and develop strong volunteer teams and leaders across all ministries.
Create a healthy staff culture that develops leaders and multiplies volunteers.
Ministry Oversight
Provide leadership and oversight for all campus ministries including Groups, Kids, Youth, and Guest Services.
Ensure excellence in weekend services and ministry environments.
Partner with central ministry teams to implement church-wide strategies.
Identify opportunities for growth and outreach within the campus community.
Campus Growth & Strategy
Lead campus initiatives that drive spiritual growth, attendance growth, and volunteer development.
Monitor and be accountable to campus health metrics such as attendance, volunteer engagement, and group participation.
Collaborate with central leadership to implement strategic initiatives and improvements.
Pastoral Leadership
Shepherd and care for the campus congregation.
Provide pastoral care including baptisms, communion, weddings, funerals, and care situations.
Be visible and relational within the church community.
Communication
Provide on-stage communication during weekend services (welcome, CP spot, dismissal, announcements).
Serve as a primary voice and presence for the campus.
