Description
The Senior Administration and Finance Director is a key leadership position focused on advancing the church's mission to reach 5% of Sioux Falls. This role involves overseeing financial management and forecasting, along with overall operations. The director will lead and support teams within Finance, Facilities, IT, and People Database Management, fostering collaboration and tracking performance metrics to facilitate growth and operational health across the organization.
Responsibilities
Administration/Finance
Facilitates and moves us towards our vision of reaching 5% of Sioux Falls.
Identifies and proactively bridges the gap between our current position and the envisioned future, driving alignment and innovation to achieve our organizational goals.
Oversees financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and payroll.
Leads Finance Team, and manages relationships with outside accounting firm.
Tracks goals and metrics related to church growth and health
Facilities/Technology
Strategically plans for future expansion and is heavily involved in existing campus construction projects.
Oversees Facilities Team to implement excellent, functional and clean environments at all locations.
Oversees and manages the relationship with outside Information Technology contractors.
Oversees a database of more than 10,000 households, ensuring accurate, usable data.
