  • Pray and invite God into this time with Him.

  • How would you describe the Holy Spirit? 

  • Read Acts 2:1-4.

  • Throughout the Bible, fire represents God’s presence, more specifically the Holy Spirit. Think about other times fire appears throughout the Bible. What do all of those instances have in common? 

  • Read Acts 2:12-17.

  • God says His fire, the Holy Spirit, will be poured out onto all of His people, not just pastors or people you think are “better at religion”. How does that encourage you in your walk with the Lord? 

  • What do you think of when you hear the word prophesy? 

  • Have you ever felt a “Holy Spirit nudge”? A feeling in your stomach to compliment someone? A thought to tell someone a gift you see in them? Did you ignore the feeling or did you act on it? 

  • Have you ever asked God what His dream/vision is for your life?


Spiritual Practice
Prayer: Spend time in prayer with God. Ask Him what His vision/dream is for your life. Then ask Him to help you follow that dream. Ask Him to open your heart and mind to listen to and follow the Holy Spirit nudges in your life.
