  • Pray and invite God into this time with Him.

  • Have you found yourself feeling anxious or worried with all the chaos happening in the world lately? What’s your initial response when you feel those things? Is it to turn to God, or try to figure it out yourself? 

  • Read Acts 4:13. 

  • The people around Peter & John could tell they had been with Jesus. Do you think people can say that about you? Can people see that you follow Jesus? 

  • Read Matthew 6:9-13. 

  • God, our Heavenly Father, is in control. How can you focus on Him rather than the chaos and craziness going on around you?  

  • It’s difficult to want God’s will for your life and give up control of wanting your will to be done. What steps can you take to start trusting in God’s will for your life?


Spiritual Practice
Prayer: Spend time in prayer with God. Pray the Lord’s Prayer: 

Our Father, who art in heaven,

hallowed be thy name;

thy kingdom come;

thy will be done;

on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses,

as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation;

but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom,

the power and the glory,

for ever and ever.
