The heartbeat of our church is to relentlessly reach the next person for Jesus. The Sioux Falls area is one of the fastest-growing cities in America. By 2031, we hope to reach 5% of Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities for Jesus. That 5% would be 12,500 people for Jesus!

Description

Work under supervision of the Campus Pastor to implement and execute ministry strategy.

Embrace is one church, made up of multiple campuses and network churches. We exist to relentlessly reach the next person for Jesus. We do that through our four values: Encounter, Compassion, Embrace, and Run. No matter who you are, you belong here.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the vision & values of Embrace.

• Work under supervision of the Campus Pastor to implement and execute ministry strategy.

• Lead volunteers in order to develop leaders and multiply volunteers.

• Find, recruit and equip small group leaders.

• Responsible for an excellent small group experience for attenders from the time they sign up through participating in a group. 

• Help to ensure excellence of environments on Sunday mornings and during the week.

• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits
