Podcast Coordinator (15 hours/week) - The Podcast Coordinator will champion the mission of the podcast and work to ensure every week is a strong, impactful episode.

Responsibilities

  • Write engaging titles, descriptions, email blasts, and social posts.

  • Research potential guests, create thought-provoking, heart-focused questions, and handle outreach.

  • Oversee edits, graphics, audiograms, and uploads to guarantee episodes go out on time.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the podcast audience and reach new listeners.

  • Monitor listener feedback, stats, and performance trends, bringing insights & ideas to improve future episodes.

  • Regularly bring bold, creative, out-of-the-box ideas to keep the podcast fresh and engaging.

  • Manage the podcast timeline and maintain a pipeline of future episodes.

  • Collaborate with internal team weekly and attend events as needed.

  • Champion the mission of the podcast and work to ensure every week is a strong, impactful episode.

  • Other duties as assigned.
